Privacy Policy

Voisora (voisora.com) is operated by Artffluence. We turn voice recordings — voicemails, voice notes, videos — into illustrated art portraits, often as memorial keepsakes. Because this product deals with recordings of people, often loved ones who have passed away, we've tried to write this policy in plain language rather than dense legal boilerplate. If anything here is unclear, email support@voisora.com.

Information we collect

Today, Voisora is in early access. Joining the waitlist collects your name and email address, which we use only to notify you about Voisora. We also collect a short verification token (and your IP address, used solely for that verification) from Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you're not a bot.

Once ordering is live, creating a portrait will additionally involve: an account email; the audio or video recording you upload; any reference photos you provide; the story or notes you write about the person; the illustrated art we generate; and, for physical prints, a shipping address. Payment is handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

Recordings of other people

Many recordings submitted to Voisora are of someone other than the person placing the order — most often a loved one who has passed away. By submitting a recording, you confirm you have the right to share it with us and to have it used to create a portrait.

We use recordings only as artistic and emotional reference — to inform the illustration and to generate a waveform woven into the artwork — never to identify a person by their voice or for any voice-biometric purpose.

How we use information

We use the information above to: deliver the service you request (generating and fulfilling portraits); communicate with you about your waitlist signup, order, or support request; understand how people use the site so we can improve it; and meet our legal and security obligations.

Cookies & analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics. It's configured to avoid building a profile of anonymous visitors — we only capture page views manually on navigation (no autocapture), and we don't attach a persistent identity to you until you take an identifying action, like joining the waitlist.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell human visitors apart from bots on our forms; it may set a cookie or use similar technology as part of that check.

Service providers

We share information with a small number of providers who help us run Voisora, each under their own privacy and security commitments. Currently in use: Resend (sends waitlist and account emails), PostHog (analytics), and Cloudflare (bot protection).

As ordering, payments, and printing come online, we will also work with: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (payment processing), OpenAI (AI image generation), Trigger.dev (background job processing), and Prodigi (print fulfillment — receives your shipping address only for physical print orders). We'll update this policy as those go live.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Once a portrait is created, its recording and related files are kept for as long as the portrait's private page exists — the page is the product, so you can revisit the recording alongside the art. You can request deletion of your recording, portrait, or entire account at any time by emailing support@voisora.com.

Security

Recordings and photos are stored encrypted, in private storage that only you and our team can access — nothing is ever publicly listed or browsable. Portrait pages are served through a private, unguessable link rather than being public by default.

Your rights

If you're a US resident (including under California's CCPA/CPRA), you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of there — but you can still ask us to stop processing your information for non-essential purposes like analytics. To exercise any of these, email support@voisora.com.

Children's privacy

Voisora is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

International visitors

Voisora is a US-based company built for the US market. If you use the site from outside the US, your information will be processed and stored in the United States.

Changes to this policy

As Voisora grows past early access, we'll update this policy to reflect new features and providers, and update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to accounts affected, where we have one on file.
